TASTING NOTES
Vieilles Vignes Carignan: This wine has a high acidity and balanced tannins. The vinification and maturation in concrete vats ensures that it can be drunk relatively young. In addition to the dominant aromas of raspberries and cranberries, there are strong notes of liquorice and Mediterranean spices.

Maturation potential: This wine can benefit from 1 to 4 years of aging in the cellar.

HISTORY
Carignan has existed in the Bekaa Valley for over two centuries and has proven to be a variety in full harmony with the Lebanese terroir.
In 2018, Domaine des Tourelles decided to bring Carignan into his family of wines from old vines (over 50 years old) to reconnect with our special Mediterranean identity.
