WINEMAKING 100% handpicked. Fermentation with local yeasts in concrete tanks. Then the malolactic fermentation starts automatically, after which the wine matures for 2 years in concrete vats. This whole process is done with minimal interference, which ultimately reflects the true identity of the Lebanese terroir. |

HISTORY Carignan has existed in the Bekaa Valley for over two centuries and has proven to be a variety in full harmony with the Lebanese terroir. In 2018, Domaine des Tourelles decided to bring Carignan into his family of wines from old vines (over 50 years old) to reconnect with our special Mediterranean identity. |
