TASTING NOTES Petit Couvent White: Pale yellow in the glass with a greenish tint, floral, mineral and green apple aromas in the nose. In the mouth a soft entry with notes of green fruits and a dry, balanced acidity. It has a good balance between sugar and acid. It's the perfect wine to drink with friends as an aperitif. |
