WINEMAKING Cinsault and Mourvèdre were pressed directly and then fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at temperatures between 18 ° C and 21 ° C. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is left to rest for 3 months, mixed, then cold stabilized and bottled in March 2020. |

TASTING NOTES On the nose: bitter-sweet orange citrus fruits made from mandarin and strawberry; a touch of saffron spice and rose water, and an almost sea breeze-like salt content. On the palate, fresh fruit notes of nectarine, tangerine and strawberry lead to a subtle spice note and salty minerality. A refreshing acidity lifts and improves the freshness of the wine. |
