An excellent arak, which is fermented from high quality Obeidi, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, then triple distilled with the finest fresh green anise in double boiler copper stills, then matured in clay amphorae for 2 years before being in Bottles is filled.
Arak is a traditional Lebanese alcoholic drink made from grapes and anise. It is the result of a triple distillation process.
Matured in artisan clay jugs for a year, Arak unfolds its best taste when it is mixed with water (pour 1/3 Arak first, then add 2/3 water and ice cubes) .
It is completely free of methanol, a poisonous substance that is usually found in unsuitably distilled spirits.
The crystal clear arak matures for one year in artisanal clay pots.
